骨傷科復康

物理治療師會根據個別病人的情況給予針對性的治療，讓病人從骨科傷患中康復。在治療過程中，物理治療師常用到手法治療、疼痛治療、筋膜放鬆治療、運動復康等方法，協助患者恢復健康。

Physiotherapists will customize rehabilitation pathway for patients to accelerate recovery from orthopedic injury. Manual therapy, pain control, soft tissue release and therapeutic exercises are commonly applied in treatment session.

痛症治療

腰背痛、頸痛、關節痛、關節勞損等都是都市人常見的問題。物理治療師會為病人進行病情診斷，並透過不同的治療協助患者根治痛症。物理治療師亦會提供個人化的姿態訓練和運動治療，減低病人日後復發的風險。

Common pain condition includes back and neck pain, arthritis, degeneration and more. Physiotherapists will carry out thorough diagnosis. Various modalities will be applied to help cure the pain.

運動復康

運動創傷和勞損往往為運動愛好者帶來痛楚，亦會大大影響運動表現。受傷嚴重的人士更有機會需要進行手術治療。物理治療師會為求診者提供詳細檢測，透過各種治療方案長遠解決痛症，改善體能和運動表現，讓求診者重拾運動的樂趣。而對於手術後患者，物理治療師會度身制定復康計劃，務求在急性期內達致消腫消炎，及後康復期內提高關節靈活幅度和肌肉力量，最後針對患者參與的運動項目設計特定機能訓練，為回歸競技場做好銜接。

Sport Injury can be painful and heavily disturb sport performance. Severe conditions may need surgical intervention as last resort. Physiotherapists will carefully examine clients' condition. Various modalities will be utilised to cure pain, correct body mechanism and improve sport performance. For clients underwent surgery, tailor-made rehabilitation protocol will be designed to speed up recovery and help them return to sportfield.
